Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

We ship to Canada, The United States, and most major international countries. In the rare case that a product can't be shipped to your location (due to border/customs restrictions), you will be notified via email and refunded immediately in full.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING ESTIMATES/MULTIPLE PACKAGES

Delivery times vary based on the product being shipped. To ensure speedy and stealthy delivery, all of our products are shipped separately (multiple orders of the same product will be shipped together). Below is a very general guideline of shipping times and is reflective of the maximum time a product may take to ship (specific times will be found on individual product pages).

The United States: 2-4 weeks

Canada: 2-6 weeks

International: 3-8 weeks

*this does not include processing time (refer to above section).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

We offer free tracking to all orders shipped to the US or Canada. Unfortunately, tracking is only available for certain products and locations internationally. If you wish to see whether your product is eligible for a tracking number before purchase, send an email to support@toocube.com with the product name and your location attached. Our sales staff will respond within 12 hours of your email.

If you are eligible for parcel tracking, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will normally be active within 24 hours, although this can sometimes take up to 5 days on certain products.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

To avoid hefty custom taxes or duties, our products are shipped with a much lower order value listed on the outside of the package.

In the rare instance that a customer is charged extra fees at customs, Too Cube can not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you are quoted extra fees at the border, please email us at support@toocube.com before paying, there may be other options available.

 

DISCRETE PACKAGING

All of our products are shipped in plain, unmarked packages to guarantee stealthy delivery. They come marked with an inconspicuous seller name and vague content description to ensure that only the buyer knows what the parcel contains, and most products don't need to be signed for. 

 

DAMAGES

Damaged goods are eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
